Notes :
Day 39. Weight has been at a steady 143lbs for a few days. Able to workout but I need a partner to load and unload my bars because I cannot do any rotation. Diet is good. Lower calories today but Ai hit 4200 cals yesterday.

Last week of Building the Monolith program. It's gonna suck. The hotel in Mexico has a gym but I doubt it has a power rack.
@rememberTHE5 hardcore squat you putting up some good weight and not even tried

dont worry about Mexico gym, just enjoy it and do normal squats

Day 41. Terrible idea to lift after teaching a class but it was my only option. Was really hard and painful for my ribs. I couldn't do all my reps om the bench but it's okay.

No cardio and squatting 2x per week has exploded my legs. Pants are becoming an issue. Arms and shoulders.have rarely gained so much.

I'm at +7lbs in a little less than 7 weeks.
