Notes :
Day 41. Terrible idea to lift after teaching a class but it was my only option. Was really hard and painful for my ribs. I couldn't do all my reps om the bench but it's okay.
No cardio and squatting 2x per week has exploded my legs. Pants are becoming an issue. Arms and shoulders.have rarely gained so much.

I'm at +7lbs in a little less than 7 weeks.
@rememberTHE5 you're much bigger and leaner in the pics, making some powerful gains amazing
