Day 39. Weight has been at a steady 143lbs for a few days. Able to workout but I need a partner to load and unload my bars because I cannot do any rotation. Diet is good. Lower calories today but Ai hit 4200 cals yesterday.
Last week of Building the Monolith program. It's gonna suck. The hotel in Mexico has a gym but I doubt it has a power rack.
