Meal 5 : 120g greek yogurt, 1tbsp sliced almonds, 1tbsp maple syrup

Was asked late last night to teach a kids judo class (3-7 years old). I don't do judo. It was fun hahaha

2lbs loss is normal you train a lot and you're fit that fat loss and muscle gain
