Everyone fights over who gets to petsit her. She's very good and chill, except that she doesn't eat much when not with her little pack at home.

She was with a cat this time. It went well but she was so excited when I picked her up, she fell down the stairs from butt wiggles 🥲

Food :
Meal 1 - 2cups basmati rice, 1 beyond meat burger
Meal 2 - bagel, cream cheese, 1 scoop isolates, 1cup mango, 1cup berries
Meal 3 - 350g greek yogurt, 1/2cup walnut, maple syrup
Meal 4 - energy balls, 3cups almond milk

Water intake : 6L
Supplements : magnesium citrate, B complex, omega-3, vitamin D, creatine, 10mg RAD140, 20mg ostarine

Training :
Off day. Big bath. Chilling with the dog. A bit of work prep. Food ready for the week.

Notes :
Day 53. Slept awfully. Skipped training in the AM. Had like night sweats and stomach cramps at night. I don't feel sick, just like I'm battling something.

Did my best to get some calories in.
