Been craving walnuts like crazy. Super random. Mineral deficiency? @stevesmi
its possible you are deficient in minerals, but i think people give the body too much credit on this stuff. usually what happens is you are just craving some natural fats .. its a good thing to crave healthy food, means your diet is excellent vs. craving junk food

scarf down raw nuts. they are great. but keep in mind if you eat them daily for too long there is a good chance you develop an allergy so i recommend cycling them. and make sure you get organic raw nuts especially with things like cashews which are exposed to spraying

2x400mg + about 400mg from diet
My doctor told me to take as much as you can without getting diarrhea. Nuts have a lot of magnesium. I used to take 1500mg per day+ what ever I got in my diet. I think I am going to increase my levels again.

Day 52. When should I add GW to transition towards the end of my bulk ? I'm planning of doing 12-16 weeks.

Bench felt really weak. Maybe a little too cold in the gym ?
