@rememberTHE5 probiotics like spore based probiotics you cant get from yogurt unless you making it yourself, and vitamin C wouldnt hurt and you cant get 3000mgs of vitamin C from food easily, you need it because you train so much

Are you going to test your strength with 1RM at the end of this cycle? Would be interesting to see how much stronger you got running this training program.

I'm hitting PR for reps every week. No pointin testing 1RM I think. So draining for bjj and wrestling after.

10 years old and already into the weights. nice! i didn't start till i was 14/15
