I haven’t tried a pull-up or a body weight dip in ages. 2-3 that’s great! Your upper body strength is catching up to your legs. I figure when I can comfortably do pull-downs with my body weight I’ll try pull-ups. Lol.

Do you manage to sleep 10 hours straight or do you get up? I can't sleep more than five hours before needing to pee
