Approved Log Recomp SARMS log - packing muscle, gaining strength, staying lean (third cycle)

Do you have any tips on getting all your water in every day? Do you drink a certain amount by a certain time? Or is it just that you are so active and it is just part of your routine? I know a lot of people struggle to drink enough water. I am not saying everyone needs 6L per day like you get......probably half that for most people. But I know it can be a struggle.

On my fasting app I hit each time I drink a shaker bottle (750ml).

I just do it out of habit I guess. I'm also a heavy salter.
