@rememberTHE5 60min walk perfect.Weather was too nice to switch buses to and from work today so I walked 60min. Nap with the dog after work because I only had 6 hours of sleep last night.
Breakfast: protein bar (kirkland), apple, craisins, cashews
Lunch : chicken, parmesan cheese, asparagus, broccoli, olives stuffed with almonds
Dinner : roasted potatoes, cauliflower, beyond meat sausage
Snack : social tea cookies
Tonight I have 90min of bjj gi.
