Approved Log Recomp SARMS log - packing muscle, gaining strength, staying lean (third cycle)

Slept 9 hours + nap after the massage today. Off day felt so good, I'll take a bath tonight. Massage was painful AF but the cupping on my hip and IT band really helped.

Taught bjj nogi x 90min.

Breakfast : grapes, 5% greek yogurt
Post-massage : protein bar, apple
Lunch : sandwich on sourdough bread with mayo,pesto, sundried tomatoes and chicken, 2cup pineapple juice
Dinner : costco dill salad + chicken

How do u prep your sweet potatoes? Do u season and roast them ?
