Veteran Log Recomp SARMS log - packing muscle, gaining strength, staying lean (third cycle)

Off day today. I'm beat to a pulp. Epsom salt bath,meal prep, chilling.

Walked the dog in the mud for an hour. After a 17 hour fast I ate.

Lunch : roadted sweetpotato in coconut oil, seitan, 200g carrots, apple with datk chocolate
Dinner : fresh pasta, parmesan cheese, 300g chicken breast cooked in olive oil, 1 glass fresh raspberry juice

Slept 10 hours last night. Walked the dog for 60min. It was gorgeous outside.

Workout had some challenges because I've bruised my right obliques and ribs last week. Dog was worried about me.on the foam roller 😂

A1. Medicine ball slams x 5,5,5
A2. Flat BB bench press 55x5, 70x5, 80x3, 100x5, 115x3, 125x6
B1. Box jumps 24" x 3,3,3
B2. Trap-bar deadlifts 135x5x2, 180x3, 225x3, 255x3, 285x3 *pr*
KB swings 53x10x3
1-arm latpulldowns 30x12x3 per side
Flat DB bench press 35x10x3
medicine ball throws (lateral) 3x6 per side with 12lbs

Lunch : whole grain toasts with PB amd honey, 1 cup mangoes, plain greek yogurt
Dinner: big greek salad, 1 chicken breast, roasted potatoes on the side

Made some pasta to mix with greek salad for lunches this week.

Nice to see Spring on its way. Traded out hip for obliques n ribs on your radar! Ouch. Is that hip feeling better though? What treatment(s) works best for you on that hip? Massage, cupping did you try acupuncture too? Congrats on PR for 3!! 🎉 how’s that wt compared to BB deadlifts?
