Slept 7.5 hours. It's back to being super cold. Had to dress up the dog for the occasion. Poor baby hurt her leg during our hike. I had to carry her and itch a ride home from the forest 😭 still managed to walk for an hour.

Breakfast: pumpkin/buckwheat/sunflower seed oatmeal with greek yogurt and nuked apples
Dinner : fresh pasta with pesto and parmesan, beyond meat sausage and dark chocolate
love the dog!!!
 
I couldn’t deal with the cold as good as you lol hate that stuff

Breakfast: raisin cinnamon bagel, butter, mango, greek yogurt
Lunch; chickpea curry, chicken breast, basmati tice
Snack: apple and social tea cookies
Dinner : chicken breast, boiled potatoes, raw veggies

fasting and lots of sleep that's the only way you can recover from a workout like that
