dog walking is surprisingly very good cardio and very relaxing

I noticed that when I had a dog in an apartment versus moving into a house with a backyard where I wasn't walking my dog very much

Slept 10 hours. Was so tired from last night's workout. Even napped in the afternoon.

Make some butter chicken curry with vegetables. Are a lot of greek yogurt, grapes, popcorn, veggies, naan bread and butter. Also had oatmeal for breakfast.

Squats felt really heavy. My week has been intense especially my lower body.

Still not feeling the rad or anavar. Will need to get some taurine ASAP tho.

squats 75x5, 90x5, 110x3, 115x5, 135x5, 150x5
Flat DB bench press 35x12x3
1-arm DB rows 40x10x3

Ab circuit x 8 min

Slow-pace cardio x 10min
