Finished my SYN anavar (had a leftover). I am a bit disappointed with the quality of the pills for Nordic Fusion. No pill cutter seem to split them alright. I didn't have that issue with their TBOL last year.

Hard evening training after teaching a private bjj class to a 100kg wrestler. Even flow rolling was difficult. I lifted after and it was 8pm.

Slept 8 hours. Put alarm to wake up to go to bjj nogi x 90min.

Good today : a lot of vegggies, granola, grapes, greek yogurt and homemade pizza.

Walked in town with the dog x 2 hours. Sunny and gorgeous outside.

Posting scale report. Fatttest I've been in years !
