Went to the gym in the evening for another deload workout.

A1. Box jumps 24" x3,3,3 30" x1,1,1
A2. Trap-bar deadlifts 135x5x2, 185x5
B1. squats 75x5, 90x5, 110x5
B2. OHP 45x5, 50x5, 60x5
1-arm latpulldowns 40x8x3
1-arm DB OH tricep extensions 15x12x3
DB wrist curls 3x12
DB front raises (seated) 3x8

Ab circuit x 10min
