Approved Log Recovery Comeback Log - Peptides

Insulin needles are thin tho, easiest for injecting. I was recommended this for injecting from every yt videos.

25g 1inch I am using for reconstitution, those needles thick to inject into skin. I am only going subq.

Forgot to mention but I'm doing cardio 6 days a week. 15min incline walk with 3min sprints.
@asdxcc2q1z you can use an insulin needle just go low dose
and injecting deeper into the muscle would help recovery imo thats why I IM my bpc/tb
and just because it's on youtube doesnt mean its real bro

you can take a larger insulin syringe and see how it goes

on the cardio, can you update training next time with cardio and type, i see you doing sprints and walking but out of context of your training for now

Monday:
Lat Pulldown - 5x12 45kg stress on forearms
Overhead Press - 3x8 40kg feels heavy but better than previous week
Side Raises Delt - 3x12 7kg
Tricep Pushdown - 3x12 25kg felt no pain this time
Bench Press Incline - 40kg Felt way lighter compared to last week
Squat ATG - 4x8 80kg Felt Medium
Pistol Squats - 2x8 Felt difficult but got through it
Cable crunches - 3x15 37kg Golfer elbow pain on right, cant focus on muscle concentration for abs

I am gonna starting using RM instead of "felt medium"
Currently not following any lifting program for this week, getting used to feeling weights again.

Peptides arrived bpc157/tb500 & bac water. Bought insulin needle for injecting into, didn't get needle for reconstitution. I am not sure what size needle to get for that?
six days a week of cardio is excellent dedication

get as close to the injury as possible is my advice

nice cardio on this log keep killing it

i get super good recovery on that stack of peptides
