Second dose

Friday (today)
Squat 6x8 80kg slight knee pain hurts during the first set
Pistol squat 2x8
Hip Abductors 3x15
Incline Bench Paused 3x8 60kg
Dips Paused at Bottom 3x6
Lat Pulldown Paused 3x8 40kg
Rack pulls above the knee with shrug 3x8 60kg
Bicep single hand cable curls - pain on my tendon is a lot better, even though it is 2 days of me pinning, I cant say yet if the peptides are coming into effect..


Third dose
BPC 450mcg
TB 500 420mcg

Starting proper workout next week. I am happy with me lifts for this week.
Gonna start 3x full body Mon/Wed/Fri + Usual 6 day cardio, forearm/neck work on my rest days

My thoughts


My first ever injection on Wednesday, I was unsure and shakey. I had YT video on and was tryna copy things. Mainly with reconstitution I was nervous but now all good. On my third dose I know how to inject and I am more confident.

No side effects so far, and I don't feel any different in my daily life, sleep is better and deep. The pain on tendon is better, I don't feel the pain at all until I ramped up the weight on my bicep curl a little that's where I felt some pain come back but I stopped. I would say I will wait a week and see how I feel. I am just not sure if its all placebo or not.

- I am refrigerating the vials, saw all your suggestions.
- Injecting BPC into the injury site
- Injecting TB on my other arm

you should avoid the pain /injured areas as much as possible in training now as you do the bpc tb

and did see much updates on diet? you add more omega 3 fats

Makes sense.

Diet is going good added Almond milk, walnuts with chiaseeds, taking 2 fish oil caps daily with multivitamins. Gonna start creatine from Monday

bpc and tb500 are key bro
 
it will take a solid month or 2 for the peptides to truly start working at their absolute best
 
in my experience if you lay off the injury and use the peptides in conjunction that's when you get the best results
 
for me bpc and tb500 started working around week four to five
 
what is the creatine going to do for you here?
 
i'm thinking that you will start feeling better in a couple weeks if you keep on the protocol
