Approved Log Recovery, Growth And Accountability Log - Sust/EQ Blend and NPP Cycle

BlackWolf

V.I.P.
EVO Logger
First log. This one will be a little different from a lot of the logs in here as I’m not massive and lean. This one is my accountability log….

Backround
35 years old with an athletic background. Played rep rugby in my younger years until I found the bottle. Addiction got the better of me for a very long time and I let myself go. I got sober for 8 months, was training 6 days a week, then fell off the wagon after a break up. I’ve had 4 months hitting the booze but now I’m back and feeling more motivated than ever.

I’ve been running TRT for roughly 7 months now due to low natural levels. Tried to run a cycle in the past but life got in the way so had to cut it super short. This will be my first full cycle.

Running @Core Pharma oils for TRT. I’ve been using Core for months now and feel amazing. Dude is a legend to deal with and super supportive. Turn around time is next level also which is handy because I can be forgetful! I’ve been taking Test E at 180mg/pw and EQ for E2 control at 75mg/pw.

Got a coach on par

Cycle

Running the below cycle. Never done NPP before so sprinkling some in to start with to see how the body reacts.
I know a lot of people run EQ higher but at 2:1 test/EQ it had my E2 at 46 (my body hates me).

Per week
Sust - 500mg
EQ - 200mg
NPP - 100mg

Sust250/EQ100 blend - @Core Pharma
NPP - @Core Pharma

Will post bloods at 4 weeks to see how the body is coping.

Diet
I travel weekly for work so meal prep is a hard one. I’m pretty consistent with eating clean when I’m dialed in but obviously being on the road there are some exceptions. I’m not trying to get on stage, just doing the best with what I have.
When home it’s 4 egg omelette with ham and light cheese, chicken and rice, steak potatoes and veg. 2 x whey shakes and 2 pieces of fruit.

Training
5 day split with cardio and abs on rest days.

Chest/tri
Back/bi
Quads/calves
Shoulders/arms
Hamstrings/calves

Other supplements

Red krill oil
Creatine
Cialis
NAC
Tudca

That’s about all I can think of for the moment. Thanks for taking the time to read and feel free to follow along with my recovery and bounce back journey. All feedback is welcome but a reminder I’m not trying to get on stage.

Here’s some pics from the last 12 months. Rollercoaster…

Thought I put a coaching section in here but looks like I’ve accidentally deleted a paragraph. Great start this log!

I’m onboard with @Gains Man for all diet and training. He has been an absolute Gem for the past 3 weeks and a God send for giving me some structure and direction. Not to mention he plays a huge part in my accountability. Super clear with instructions and supporting my goals. Replies super quick as well! The gym didn’t have a machine I needed. I messaged him and he sent an alternative while I was still at the gym.

keeping a log like this is huge. it gives you the motivation and as you said the accountability. you don't want to let us down. nice start!

Bros can definitely tell that you've been on a roller coaster the past year. Gotta get consistent and keep improving.

Don't forget to post up your supplement list. You'll get some good references from us.

Get those pictures of your meals up as soon as possible. Share as much as you can with the food.

Don't forget to post up your workouts. I would suggest, daily fasted cardio. It's a great way to get more cut.

You have a great base

Npp and EQ should b good

Just want to start by saying a big thanks to everyone for their kind words and suggestions. Certainly has been a roller coaster the past few years so to hear some positive feedback helps with the motivation.

Little all over the place this week. Work has been crazy, 2 young boys haven’t been sleeping and then had family events all long weekend for Australia Day. Few slip ups on the eating but nothing major and I managed to get through the biggest drinking weekend in Australia without having a sip of alcohol.

As suggested I’ve added in some fasted cardio in the mornings. Getting back into running but it’s still a steady jog due to the hamstring being tight after the grade 3 tear late last year.

With all the travelling I do for work I try and eat clean at restaurants. It’s usually a cafe omelette for brekky, chicken salad for lunch and steak/potato/veg for dinner. Clean enough for what I want to achieve … though I will throw in a little extra bacon of a morning because I’m weak minded like that haha. I’ve added a couple of pics as suggested by someone above.

Scales are down about 4 kgs in the last 4 weeks. Coming in at 82kg (180lbs for the Americans).

Still running the same cycle dosages as above from @Core Pharma and feeling amazing! Was expecting some PIP from the blend but haven’t had any pain at all which is great. No high/low E2 sides at all which is good news so will be interesting to see bloods. All in all @Core Pharma product has been amazing and his service is second to none to match.

Although losing weight my lifts in the gym haven’t declined. No major increases either but happy with where I am. Training while exhausted from life this past week as well so not at all upset with the training.

Huge shoutout to my coach @Gains Man for keeping me on track. Absolute legend and wouldn’t be able to do it without him. So good to have someone so knowledgeable for guidance and structure.

Still getting the hang of this logging stuff so sorry if I’ve missed something!

Massive thanks to everyone again for the support and kind words. Bit nervy throwing yourself out there with your addiction problems and poor health but everyone here has been great so thank you. You’re all appreciated.

Have an amazing week everyone.
