Training experience: I’ve been lifting on and off since I was 12 years old. I did Milo’s Sarcevs bicep routine out of muscle and fitness everyday. Lol. It worked. I owe my arms to that guy. I started lifting again this January after taking 2 years off teaching hot yoga.

Training: I train 7 days a week with the bro split. Arms, Legs, Back/Shoulders, and Chest with AB’s sprinkled in when I feel like it. Some days I do all reps to failure, some days I’m a 12, 10, 8, 4 rep guy. I honestly have been doing more volume lately following Arnold’s old workouts. I really like to look online and grab a routine from Cutler or Arnold and just do that. I don’t barbell bench that much but did put up 225lbs 4 times the other day. That’s by far a personal best. I don’t barbell squat either. It doesn’t feel good to me. I get way better work doing machines and leg presses I feel and it’s way better on my back as well. I don’t really write stuff down or think about maxes. I just do my thing.

Diet: I’m 50/50 id say on clean eating. I always hit my macros though.

200 grams protein
400 carbs
85 fat

Supplements:

N2Guard
GNC mega men multi
GNC 1000 fish oil
Syntha6 protein powder

Recent blood work: No, I feel great. I know that doesn’t mean shit, guys. I Plan to do post cycle blood work. 🤷‍♂️

Cycle plan:

Goals: get to 200 lbs
Compounds: 50mg Anadrol and 25mg Proviron ed
Length: Gonna shoot for 6 weeks. Will evaluate again at week 4
Pct:
Week 1-2: 50mg clomid, 20mg nolva, hcgenerate
Week 3-4: 25mg clomid, 10mg nolva, hcgenerate

I’ll take some pics soon. At work at the moment. There I started a log!!! Now go ahead and rip this thing apart! 😆

@RedBallZac to start off thank you for sharing the log. Just want to point out we are a BIG EVO family, we support and guide we dont judge so dont expect to be ripped apart lol ;)

it would be great if you can share more

diet, training
diet share actual meals and foods and when you eat them
training, share actual exercises weights reps and sets and cardio
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

My lunch today. 10oz chicken breast, 200g mashed potatoes, 1 pouch uncle bens rice, N2Guard, fish oil, and multi. With plenty of water. I’m really bad about eating vegetables….

No pic of breakfast but it was 3 whole eggs, 1 cup egg whites, 4oz carved turkey, 2 cups oatmeal, 16oz 2% milk

I missed training yesterday because my daughter had horse riding lessons. This is why I don’t take scheduled rest days. They happen naturally with my busy schedule. Super excited to hit the gym tonight. It’s Back day! I feel really, really good. 3rd day of 50mg Anadrol in the morning and 25mg proviron when I leave work. Gives around 90 minutes to get in system pre workout. Not sure if it is science based but I like the placebo effect when I take an oral before gym time.


Question….Do I still need my fish oil and multi if I’m taking the N2Guard?
