Training experience: I’ve been lifting on and off since I was 12 years old. I did Milo’s Sarcevs bicep routine out of muscle and fitness everyday. Lol. It worked. I owe my arms to that guy. I started lifting again this January after taking 2 years off teaching hot yoga.
Training: I train 7 days a week with the bro split. Arms, Legs, Back/Shoulders, and Chest with AB’s sprinkled in when I feel like it. Some days I do all reps to failure, some days I’m a 12, 10, 8, 4 rep guy. I honestly have been doing more volume lately following Arnold’s old workouts. I really like to look online and grab a routine from Cutler or Arnold and just do that. I don’t barbell bench that much but did put up 225lbs 4 times the other day. That’s by far a personal best. I don’t barbell squat either. It doesn’t feel good to me. I get way better work doing machines and leg presses I feel and it’s way better on my back as well. I don’t really write stuff down or think about maxes. I just do my thing.
Diet: I’m 50/50 id say on clean eating. I always hit my macros though.

Cycle plan:
Goals: get to 200 lbs
Compounds: 50mg Anadrol and 25mg Proviron ed
Length: Gonna shoot for 6 weeks. Will evaluate again at week 4
Pct:
Week 1-2: 50mg clomid, 20mg nolva, hcgenerate
Week 3-4: 25mg clomid, 10mg nolva, hcgenerate
