I was just using Para Pharma anadrol in the bulk i just finished and strength gains were fantastic. I was taking 50mg in the AM and 50mg sublingual 1.5hours before training.View attachment 43821View attachment 43822View attachment 43823
Back and shoulder day yesterday. Pump picks. Staying on the training. Staying on the diet for the most part. The holiday kind of threw a wrench in things. Really just training wise. Had 2 rest days in a row. Which honestly felt good. Scale still has not really. I go up and down a little. Anywhere from 183 at the start of the day to 191 at the end. Usually can bank on waking up at 185. I’ve been going back and forth with frustration on this cycle. I listen to the podcast and I hear the talk about the weight gain and the strength gains. Well I’m 4 weeks in and haven’t experienced any of that. Same weight, same strength. As a matter of fact, my strength gains on Anavar were far better. I’ve never been so strong than on Var. But I’m afraid Anadrol just isn’t doing what I hear it’s supposed to. But on the other hand I feel bigger. I think I look bigger. I get compliments on that as well. But the scale just doesn’t reflect it. I don’t know man. I’ve been thinking about just going to 100mg for the rest of the cycle. That would give me like 11 days at 100mg. Or I can continue with the 50 for the rest of the cycle. Sides aren’t really there. A little tired during the day. Maybe a few more bumps on my shoulders. I’ve always had some acne since I was young so nothing out of the ordinary.
So what are your guys thoughts? Is this stuff working? Is the liver toxicity worth these minimal gains? Is Anadrol just not work for me? Am I being unrealistic? Should I double the dose or just continue as planned? Help bros! Please

@RedBallZac we actually told you in the start that anadrol only is NOT going to get you a lot of results unless you EAT hard and train hard broI’m using Geneza Anadrol and ParaPharma Proviron. I know the products are solid. Just not getting what everyone has always raved about with Anadrol.
I’m just going to close this log out. I don’t do social media stuff man. It drains me. I’m just not going to upload every meal I eat, every calorie i take in, every rep I do. I’m not a pro. I don’t compete. I’m just a normal gym rat looking for a few gains. I barely have time to get my workout in let alone track everything and putting on her for you guys. I have a family life and trying to keep up with all of these requests just for a little help is not in my time frame. Thanks for all the help you guys did give me. Signing off.
