red meat and joints

food is inflammatory. everytime you eat your body increases inflammation. when it comes to certain foods though, they are worse for inflammation

that is why people who have crohns disease have such a tough time when they eat meat, it is very inflammatory

the least inflammatory foods are water fruits/veggies. things that people fail to get any of in normal diets

Commercially raised red meat is fed a diet of GMO soy and extremely inflammatory in the body.

Grass fed beef actually has a perfect 1:1 omega 3:6 ratio and actually anti-inflamattory

I agree to stay away from regular beef if you are suffering from inflammation, but grass fed beef is perfectly fine to consume.

bros why some people say when you have joint issues you have to stay away from red meat?

Sounds like the kind of a stuff a mum would say. Up there with 'it'll make your hair curly'

You need to ensure you are getting enough omega 3's vs your omega 6's every day. As Muskate mentioned, with beef you will need to make sure it is grass fed. I also recommend taking a fish/krill oil supplement to naturally help with inflammation.

They do say red meat creates inflammation.
