Red wine drinkers?

Any of you guys drink a glass (1) of red wine for its health benefits? I know the darker the color the more beneficial its supposed to be but I know nothing about wines

I just use Resveratrol for the health benefits of red wine.

Health benefits of resveratrol are unclear at this point. Another report came out today saying it's all bunk. Don't waste your money on the supps.
Red wine is great to have with your meat, though. Health benefits probably come from all the phenolic compounds from the skins and seeds of grapes.

When I cruise on test I have a glass or 2 on weekends.....Love the stuff...When I ad orals which rare and or other gear I stay away..........Turly is my fav red.....Like a chocolet candy bar
