Hi everyone today I want to share some studies in regards to controlling estrogen & about testosterone
The studies provided include both positive and negative effects human and non human studies

https://www.spandidos-publications.com/10.3892/or.2018.6789

This work confirmed that EGCG and quercetin are contained in green tea and that both substances in pure form and as green tea have an anticarcinogenic effect on both estrogen receptor-positive and -negative breast cancer cells. This effect could also be demonstrated with tamoxifen in both cell lines (MTT and BrdU assays). These results suggest that the effects observed in these experiments are not generated only via estrogen receptor-mediated pathways.

In this next study it mentions a impact of up to 40% decrease

Next one is a Long study but very interesting in regards to testosterone

https://europepmc.org/article/PMC/3735300#bib13

My thoughts on this is I do drink lots of matcha green tea while on cycle for health & antioxidants benefits in addition I use this along side with on cycle support supplements & for the possible additional estrogen reduction benefits my aim is to share knowledge & may prove a great addition along with ai’s

I think there are a lot of reasons to presume that most phytoestrogens act to bind the estrogen receptor rather than to somehow, miraculously, increase blood estrogen. They are chemically similar to estrogen, which would seemingly make them fit the receptors, but ther isn’t really any evidence that they are estrogenic themselves. Were I to guess, I’d say that flax had the best chance of being a reasonable natural product that binds the estrogen receptor with a large number of positive health benefits in addition.

plants and herbs have tons of health benefits

and humans have been playing studying and isolating them for hundreds and thousands of years for a reason

this is why i tell people they need to eat more of their diet in fruits and veggies. it's simply the smart thing to do. and if you drink coffee dump it for either green tea or yerba mate which are far better options if you insist on something aside from water

@Xpgozzy if you drink daily green tea and supplement it, it does help with estrogen but the amounts is maybe 10% overall.

I've seen estrogen control being related to EGCG and quercetin intake but the benefits not clear on that level.

People need to eat more fruits and vegetables. That much we can agree with.

estrogen is a killer
You don't want high estrogen ever, it can cause a lot of problems.

Interesting, because a lot of cultures drink, a lot of tea, especially in Asia.
