Rehydration salts

Does anyone use these? I recently started to take them with water after exercise where I lose alot of water during my workout. They are supposed to help with muscle cramps and dehydration. Does anyone else use them?
 
unless you are sweating a lot you don't have to use salt to hydrate. there is plenty of salt and minerals in your typical diet where you would get ample electrolytes

if you do sweat a lot you can hydrate with a mix of himalayan pink salt, magnesium, and cream of tartar
 
They're a waste of money. Just use sea salt + cream of tartar (for potassium) + magnesium like @stevesmi suggested. Basically a 'make at home' version of rehydration salts.
