chicken is the #1 meat americans eat due to its price and it is made with so many dishes
plus we all know it is much easier to cook a whole chicken than cook a turkey in the oven right?
i highly recommend cutting back on chicken and eating more fatty wild fish (try to catch your own, can't trust what they sell in stores) and turkey is a good option.. also some grassfed beef is a good option too once in a while instead of chicken.
