Hey guys, I was thinking about starting a cycle of retatrutide and HGH-Frag and was wondering if this cycle was good or if I should change it:
(I’m 5’9 and around 255-260 been losing weight and working out been trying for a few years now)
Week 1-4: 5mg Reta every monday 250mcg HGH-Frag every morning before fasted cardio (raise dose to 400mcg for week 4)
Week 5-7: 8mg Reta every monday 400mcg HGH-Frag every morning before fasted cardio
Week 8-9: 10mg Reta every monday 500mcg HGH-Frag every morning before fasted cardio
Week 10-12: 12mg Reta every monday 600mcg HGH- Frag every morning before fasted cardio
