Started my weight loss with Retatrutide on 1/12/23. My original plan was to hit 90kg, but it was so easy so i just continued on with it.

Please keep in mind that I understand the slower approach (0.5-1kg) per week would be way more optimal. I'm just trying to lose weight.

I have this log on other forums but really loving this place so thought i'd continue it here.

Starting weight: 97.15kg
Gear: 120mg test e per week
Retatrutide: premiumsupps.net

Day 1 (1/12/23) Weight: 99.55kg
Took my first 1mg injection. Literally after a few hours my appetite was gone. Took it at around 6pm, went to the gym at 10pm and didn't eat until 1pm the next day. Still didn't feel hungry at all. Ik it isn't placebo because i'm currently on 1500 cals.

Felt completely normal. No nausea or anything like that.


Day 4 (4/12/23) Weight: 98.45kg
Took my second 1mg injection. Again, didn't feel anything negative. Had my usual dinner (katsu chicken rice bowl), but only ate half before i caught myself literally forcing it down.


Day 7 (8/12/23) Weight: 97.15kg
Decided to up the dose to 4mg per week since i saw premiumsupps.net had it on sale.
Also switching to Monday - Thursday injections.
Took 2mg and felt nauseous. Very weird feeling. Lasted about 3 hours. Gym performance was exactly the same. Appetite was completely gone. I consumed roughly 1000 calories before taking it and didn't feel like eating anything else. Forced down a maximus 1L and 2 iced coffees just to get to my calorie limit.


Day 11 (11/12/23) Weight: 95.05kg

Decided to not go straight to 4mg per week. especially after feeling pretty shit for that whole day. Took my 1mg dose this morning and felt absolutely normal, no nausea or anything at all. Appetite is still extremely low. I can control exactly how much i eat. I used to be 115kg, i would always crave junk food. Ever since taking this, there's none of that. I don't even think about food at all.

Dropped 1.3kg on the 9th. I literally forgot to eat after i got home from the gym. I ate around 1200 calories that day. I also did 20 min run with my brother. Was very weird to see but will be eating all my meals.


Day 15 (15/12/23) Weight: 93.45kg

Did my 1mg shot yesterday and feel the exact same effects. Will definitely stay on this dose the entire way through unless i feel a drop off. Everything is going smoothly.


Day 20 (15/12/23) Weight: 91.80kg

Accidentally spilled some of the liquid so will have to buy another soon. Took a 0.5mg injection and felt no sides. It's been nearly 3 days since then and hunger is still pretty crushed. Not as much as on 1mg injections, but still better than nothing. Weight has been going down pretty quick but im now eating a bit more.


Day 46 (15/01/24) Weight: 86.25kg

Ran out of Reta a few weeks ago and unfortunately he ran out of stock during this time. It was also peak holidays. Decided to take that time to do a maintenance phase. My reta came last Friday and i did a 1mg injection. I didn't feel anything so i waited 48 hours. Then did a 2mg injection and seems to be working now, definitely not as hardcore as before but thats expected since I was doing 1mg injections 2x per week for a long time. My goal weight is looking to be more along the lines of 80kg. Always fatter than you think. Will make sure to regularly update here. Thanks to premiumsupps for being a top bloke. Also purchased some T2/5 amino 1 q, love the taste of nail polish!


Day 52 (21/01/24) Weight: 84.30kg

Currently on 2mg injections 2x per week. Everything is going very smoothly. Appetite is completely under control. It's weird but i just don't crave junk at all. Even fatty foods make me feel sick for a day. Getting closer and closer to my goal weight but will definitely re-consider when i get there. Weight is definitely coming off quick, luckily i can control the rebound/go straight to maintenance.


Day 56 (25/01/24) Weight: 82.80kg

Weight still coming off nicely. Have been eating a bit more than usual. Appetite is about 3/10. Filled with energy still.

I think your thinking about it all wrong. The majority of people who use these fat loss drugs are out of shape people who dont go to the gym. They go on diets and then gain back more than when they started. These are the same people that always yoyo diet over the past 50 years. Athletes like us on the other hand are doing what we do. We cut and then bulk. We already know what to do to maintain. These weight loss drugs speed up the visercal fat loss which is what it targets the most as well as making the liver and pancreas not fight each other. I can maintain my fat weight pretty easy if I want. Its just really hard to lose when your visceral fat is so massive it actually stops the body from losing fat and puts it in a fast storage mode. This just helps you get over the speed bump and can make your body healthy again so that you can come off once you lose all that bad fat. Not everyone puts fat back on when they come off. The elite will do fine. I consider anyone on here to be elite as we are already know how to eat. I will be eating 2000 cals per day once I come off and I bet I dont gain much fat at all.

Literally this ^. I think the big difference is we're on this forum for a reason. We aren't stupid. I can speak for myself when i say that ik exactly what to do. I would agree with the majority of overweight/obese people that don't even go to the gym, parents, or even older would have no clue. I had already lost 10kg without the drug, this just makes it a whole lot easier.

Absolutely well said. It's kind of cool to have another member to share this experience at the same time on here. My wife is also using and is having incredible results. Both of us are losing fat and gaining strength at the same time. Its amazing how full I am all day. Just need to cram down protein shakes in order to keep protein high.

@RoidRage69 I didnt agree with your views before and I still think fasting is the best way, but I CAN see validity to what you're saying for veterans getting back into shape. Getting into shape as a Vet like you is different than a newb.
