I eat this meal twice everyday
Oats, whey, berries, almond butter and salt.
Thats perfect. :D the dish I like but with walnut butter.

Good session today, wasn’t able to get in any posing as the good spot was being used by others. Will try tonight after a pull session.

Not a lot of volume today but every set was taken till failure and heavy.

Thought I’d post this as it’s coming up to 12 months of chasing my goals. 11 months between these pics, never miss a meal or a session.
@Tommo2398 those abs look impressive :D before and after you look amazing both, great genetics and your training is clearly working.
