Pull session A today, and we have officially started to reverse out of this diet. Calories increased to 2870 and steps decreased to 8k. This will be for 3-5 weeks then I’ll get bloodwork to see if we need to cruise or can go straight into a growth phase.

With the reverse starting I will also be adding in 5iu of @Liquid Gold Labs GH pre bed.

Had a much needed rest day yesterday, which led to a great leg session tonight.

Leg extension 3x12
Belt squat and hack squat sets were taken to absolute failure with the help of a spotter.
Speaking to coach this week about the off season plan and PED protocol will keep everyone updated what we decide.
Alot of people take way too much tren. 100-200mg a week is all that’s needed@Tommo2398 20mgs tren very lightly dosed.I like that micro dosing strategy.

100% agreed @Tommo2398 most can do fine with 100mgs trenbolone. It's the food and training thats key, and you're the best example of that.Alot of people take way too much tren. 100-200mg a week is all that’s needed
