If you microdose and use ancillaries I think you can go much longer on trenbolone.I'm starting to wonder f you can go longer with less Tren. Instead of blasting 8 weeks with 250mg per week how about 16 weeks with 100mg?

Push session A today, set volume is starting to decease as the longer this diet goes on. Clen dose has been increased and hit an all time low body weight again.

Had my check in today with my coach and he has decided to pull the plug on the deficit as we hit conditioning we were happy with for a trial prep. Will start to reverse out of the deficit from tomorrow with some

My legs are extremely sore from my last workout which is a great sign as intensity in the gym is getting back to normal with the extra food and less steps. Tren is about to be lowered slightly in preparation for dropping it after this reverse phase.
Pull session B today big focus on biceps.

Preacher curl machine 4x12 last 2 sets drop sets till failure
Did some posing at the end was quite happy with conditioning still.

As you can see the volume in my sessions is increasing with the extra food. My weight still hasn’t gone up at all though which is great.
