Best leg session I have had in a while. Energy was great and fatigue is a lot less. Checked in today with the below pics and will update with changes coach makes tonight.

Preacher machine curl 3x12

Hammer curl 3x12

Big focus on biceps today and took some posing shots after. Coach has made some changes to the plan which I’ll update in tomorrow’s update just slight PED change and diet.

Good workout and looking good
How are you finding 80mcg of clen daily? Sides arent too full on? Did you taper up to this amount? And are you doing 2 on 2 off or just running it steady?
Tapered up from 40 then to 80. No issues at 80 and I run it everyday
