Big focus on biceps today and took some posing shots after. Coach has made some changes to the plan which I’ll update in tomorrow’s update just slight PED change and diet.
Weights lifted are irrelevant to me I change every session depending on my rep range etc so I don’t include itNo weights mentioned

Overhead extension machine 3x15
Straight bar push down 2x15
Overhead tricep extension 2x 15
DB Lateral raises 4x10
As you can see the volume in my sessions is increasing with the extra food. My weight still hasn’t gone up at all though which is great.
