Big focus on biceps today and took some posing shots after. Coach has made some changes to the plan which I’ll update in tomorrow’s update just slight PED change and diet.

Got my check in with coach tomorrow so might be some changes following that.

Today was push session A

HS incline press 3x8

HS decline press 3x12

Pec Dec 3x 12

Overhead extension machine 3x15

Straight bar push down 2x15

Overhead tricep extension 2x 15

DB Lateral raises 4x10

As you can see the volume in my sessions is increasing with the extra food. My weight still hasn’t gone up at all though which is great.

Yesterday was a rest day so I went and did an ice bath and a sauna, great thing to do on a rest day to prepare for the next 3 days of training.

Overhead tricep press 2x15

Rope press down 2x15

Cant argue with results, but your back has amazing size. Glutes stay on target. :D
