Have my check in with coach today so will see if any changes are made. Weight has started to move very slightly which is great. Feeling strong and much fuller in the gym.
Why use more than that’s needed ?10mg of tren daily?? That correct? If so why just 10mg?

Had my check in and we have increased calories again by 200 for this last week of the reverse. Weight has been moving up but just want it to not move to much. Still trying manage some fatigue from the extended low calories
