HS incline press 3x8 went 4pps

HS flat press 2x6 3.5pps

Prime pin loaded chest press 3x12

Fly machine 3x12 2 myo rep sets

B strap push downs 3x12

Overhead extension 3x10

Close grip press 3x12

Getting very excited for this push up to begin. Plan from the coach is going to be

Calories went up a few hundred from Wednesday and weight has finally moved up. Trained with the Mrs last night and snapped a posing pic with her for once. We only get to see each other once a month so nice to get a session in with her.

Today was Leg session A

Adductor machine. 3x15

Seated Hamstring curl 3x10

Hack squat 2x12

Watson standing squat 2x10

Cybex squat press 2x15

Leg extension 3x15

This leg session was brutal with the 3 different squat pattern exercises all quad focused. Second set on each was also a myo rep set. This is where you have to equal your reps from the first set even if you have to pause for 10-15 seconds

Single arm pannatta curl 3x12

Off season starts tomorrow just waiting on the final plan and will update once I know.

Goal this off season is to add as much muscle tissue as possible but I want to stay lean to make prep easier next year.
