Thought I would give an update on my new training program for the off season. This is training block 1 and will go for 8 weeks. Goal is to bring up hamstrings and arms mostly.

You can see below it’s structured so rest days are after legs and we always go hamstrings first. Arms are being hit 3 times a week low volume each session but enough stimulus.

Training block 1

Monday - Abs/Back/Arms

Tuesday - Chest/Shoulders

Wednesday - legs Hams then Quads, Bi’s

Thursday - rest

Friday - Back lat focused/Chest/Arms

Saturday - Abs/Hams/Glutes/Quads

Sunday - rest
