Adductors 3x12

Seated Ham curl 3x15

Lying leg curl 3x8

RDLs 1x6 120kg first time adding these

Leg extension 2x15

Pendulum Squat 2x10

Still waiting on Eq and primo to arrive so just on test and mast still. Soon as the eq and primo arrive the blast will begin properly.

HS tricep machine 2x8

Just waiting on some Eq and primo and the blast can start properly

  • 30g almond butter
  • 100g Berries
  • 45g whey
Meal 2.
  • 150g chicken
  • 300 rice
  • 75g apricots
Meal 3.
  • 150g chicken
  • 300g rice
  • 65g raisins
Meal 4.
  • 90g cream of rice
  • 45g whey
  • 100g Berries
Intra workout.
  • 25g carb powder
Meal 5.
  • 200g mince
  • 150g veg
  • 300g white rice
Meal 6.
  • 250 yoghurt
  • 1 YoPro
  • 25g chex
  • 25g Dark Chocolate
  • 50g berries

I have comments like bumping a bit of fats but you have a coach so I can only say I love it :D
 
Solid job and Clean Diet I like it

Sometimes bumping up fats can help you feel more satiated and prevent more of an insulin Spike
