These are all baseline numbers as blast has started with PEDs. Plan is to get these squat and leg press numbers up each week.
I’m very full and with my test increased and eq added and hopefully primo next week it will stay as my body weight climbs.
Calories only at 4076 on training days and this is a struggle to not eat more. Starving before each meal and even going a little hypo if too long between meals.
