Leg felt good today so I hit my legs. I am currently travelling for work so got to hit up. Favourite gym of mine so exercises were different to my program.

Lying leg curl 3x15

Leg press 4x15

RDLS 3x8

Leg extension 3x15

Good session today, I have my check in with my coach tomorrow so will update everyone with what the plan is.

Had to do alot of walking around with the Mrs that day so was very active.

Being as lean as you are, talk to your coach maybe some more food required. :D

Smith machine incline 3x12

HS incline press 3x10

Chest fly machine 4x15

Lateral raise machine 2x15

DB lateral raises 2x15

Straight bar pushdown 2x15

Close grip press 2x12

Good session today, still unsure how long this diet will continue for till we go into a health phase then into a growth phase.

Big goal for me this year is to work on my posing. Some shots from post training.

Today’s session was shoulder and arms as my leg is playing up. I am currently travelling for work so got to hit up. Favourite gym of mine so exercises were different to my program.

Prime preacher curl 3x15

Good session today as was about 650g of carbs into my refeed. Below is what I ate for the refeed.

  • 60g cooked mince
  • 200ml juice
  • 2 bagels
  • 60g jam
Meal 2. 10am

  • 60g chicken
  • 240g rice
  • 50g rice cakes
  • 30g honey
  • 250g pineapple
Meal 3. 2pm

  • 60g chicken
  • 100g dry pasta
  • 200ml juice
  • 50g rice cakes 50g jam
pre workout. 4:30pm

  • 4 rice krispy treats
Intra workout

  • 60g carbs
Post workout 7pm

  • 120g cereal
  • 125ml almond milk
Meal 4. 8pm

  • 60g chicken
  • 85 pasta raw
Meal 5. 10pm

  • 100g cereal
  • 28g whey
  • 2 rice Krispy treats
  • 1 bagel
  • 30g jam

Best thickness and cuts in the EVO family with your lower doses too. :D impressive.
