Good session today, had my check in with my coach and we are going to do 1 final push in this diet before we end it.

Calories from tomorrow have been lowered by around 220 so this last bit of fat should come off fairly quick.

@Tommo2398 lower calories? I think you're super lean, you cutting towards stage earlier?
 
Not doing a show just yet bro. Just getting into stage condition so can get data on refeeds and what needs to be worked on

Good session today, wasn’t able to get in any posing as the good spot was being used by others. Will try tonight after a pull session.
