Approved Log Road to my first cycle LOG

Very nice man good changes keep it going

Very nice scenery, man. It's nice to do things like that.
Sounds like you had an amazing time on your holiday.

One of the things that I want to see out of you, in the next year, is continuing to cut down.

Very important to stay lean. That is the best way to go.

Can definitely tell you've lost a lot of weight from the transformation. But I also believe you have a lot of improvements to go.

Set a goal to do fasted cardio every day.

Even if it's just for 5 or 10 minutes that goes a long way.

Really looking forward to seeing what kind of results you can get this year. We will be tracking you on this log, so let's kill it.

@Allupfromhere nice log brother sorry it took me this long to jump onboard. Much respect. You've really turned things around around mate and yeah it's phuckin hard to loose weight. 18 months ago when I was not good after stopping work, benzo addiction, alcoholic. I went from 90kg to 120kg in 9 months. Cleaned myself up. Was hard to loose weight but got down to 90 eventually. Only way I did it was to lower calories to the point where it was almost impossible to build muscle or get any gains in the gym. You gotta sacrifice. At first I thought I could gain size and loose it all, but nuh, doesn't work like that I found gotta pause muscular development for awhile unfortunately. And yeah you sure doing a good job. Fast am often as possible brother

I took a different approach bro, I reversed dieted. Started low and increased weekly because I wanted to boost my metabolism. Went from 1800cals daily to 2700 and was still dropping body fat. I would think my maintenance currently would be around 2800-2900 but still trying to lean out so hovering between 2400-2800. Weight still coming off nicely.
This is definitely not a criticism of you brother it's just my personal opinion your doing it better than I did tbh
I didn’t take it the wrong way bro all good!! Should have a look at my new log legend 🤙🤙
