Hey all,

First time logging here and haven't logged elsewhere for a long long time.

Jumped onboard with @RhinoUGL and Beligas/Ultima for all my PEDs (minus insulin) and keen would be an understatement to finally give Pharma grade gear a run.
I've never had any issues with UG suppliers previously but you don't know until you try.

About to kick off a growth phase until May, short (literal) holiday and then head into prep for season C. This isn't my first rodeo and I'll be pushing hard to move up a weight class this year although I won't be sad if I come in dickskin shredded and dehyrdated at the weight cap for my current class.

Currently eating 4000 calories or thereabouts per day, training 4 days per week with a Upper/Legs/Rest/Upper/Legs/Rest/Rest Split with an optional arms day if I feel like it. Focus is to improve Glutes/Hammies and adductors as well as just be bigger everywhere.

Blast off cycle will look like:

1000mg Test E
800mg Mast
450mg NPP
5iu HGH
5iu novorapid pwo

I'll walk these up as I hit a wall and everything else is accounted for such as nutrition, rest and training.

166cm
90kgs
10% body fat

Prep cycle isn't confirmed yet but it's always the same as everyone else plus or minus tren depending on the indivudual.

I'll post updates on training, weight and nutrition a few times a week and will post the occassional photo with face redacted.

@JBR18 welcome to the EVO family :D this is a great start to your log, strong legs very tight.

To start off, please open the log with a picture of you face blurred, we cant really see your base from your legs, though they do look awesome.

As you go, Please share more day to day information with us.

I'll get a current photo tomorrow morning and blur out the face so it's as close to real time with kicking off the log.

cardio how much do you do? when etc - 20 minutes currently, post workout. During prep this will change to fasted in the am and post workout.

supplements - I'll detail full supps in a follow up post this weekend when I post the diet.
what digestive supps you use? - Daily powedered Greens supplement
digestive enzymes? - Haven't used these in the past, have people had beneficial results where it's worth the extra supplement?
multis? - Daily Mens
probiotics? - Yes
psyllium husk? - No, never tried it

In a lower rep phase at the moment after just finishing a 8-10 rep range on all exercises with 2 top sets followed by a back off set with 15-20% drop in weight. Reps are now at 5-8 reps with the load increased significantly and the back off set removed. The below does not detail any warmups which vary based on the exercise and how I feel.

Intrashake - 6pm
Postworkout - 645/7pm
Meal 4 - 8pm
Meal 5 - 1030pm

Meal 4 is a flex meal each day currently so I can keep the household together for a meal.

I'll get into a little more detail in the food space over the coming day or two however I'll usually have my day as follows:

Just want to say before anything your legs look incredible
Muscular and ripped very impressive job
 
The wheels look fantastic make sure you put up some pictures of the upper body as well we want to see that

do you feel like the greens supplements actually give you benefits or just something to mix with water?
 
upper push routine is very simple but effective.

I like your training style a lot.
