First time logging here and haven't logged elsewhere for a long long time.
Jumped onboard with @RhinoUGL and Beligas/Ultima for all my PEDs (minus insulin) and keen would be an understatement to finally give Pharma grade gear a run.
I've never had any issues with UG suppliers previously but you don't know until you try.
About to kick off a growth phase until May, short (literal) holiday and then head into prep for season C. This isn't my first rodeo and I'll be pushing hard to move up a weight class this year although I won't be sad if I come in dickskin shredded and dehyrdated at the weight cap for my current class.
Currently eating 4000 calories or thereabouts per day, training 4 days per week with a Upper/Legs/Rest/Upper/Legs/Rest/Rest Split with an optional arms day if I feel like it. Focus is to improve Glutes/Hammies and adductors as well as just be bigger everywhere.
Blast off cycle will look like:
1000mg Test E
800mg Mast
450mg NPP
5iu HGH
5iu novorapid pwo
I'll walk these up as I hit a wall and everything else is accounted for such as nutrition, rest and training.
166cm
90kgs
10% body fat
Prep cycle isn't confirmed yet but it's always the same as everyone else plus or minus tren depending on the indivudual.
I'll post updates on training, weight and nutrition a few times a week and will post the occassional photo with face redacted.
