You already have a great Base. By the time, this long is finished. I can't imagine what you will look like.
 
Rest day today. Managed to get the optional arm workout in yesterday.

Food going down well, sleep has been pretty good albeit the weather has been a bit average.

My cycle should arrive this week from Rhino and I'm excited to kick off.

Single arm preacher curl x6 x6
Concentration curls x8 x7
Rope hammer curls x6 x6
Vbar tricep pushdowns x7 x8
Overhead DB extensions x8 x8 x10 last set drop set.
Single arm cable pulldowns x6 x6

Gearing up for push day this afternoon.

Last week was busy with family travelling interstate and spending time with them after having not seen each other for 5 years. Whirlwind of a weekend but managed to tick all the boxes of my training and most of the food.

Got one last item to come through before I can push the send button on the cycle.

Working through a little leg doms after taking two weeks off any quad focused exercises due to a little niggle in my left leg. Seems to have paid off and I'm back although I'll swap out pendulum squat for leg press now to give the full depth a rest after having used pendulum for the last two training blocks.

Will get another photo sometime this week once I pull some of the hair off.
