I like how you really make sure that you're hitting different parts.
 
Keep up the good work, man. I know what you mean. When you forget the elbow sleeves that really sucks, maybe just keep them in your car so you can't forget them.
 
Nice work without the sleeves
You can feel the diff for sure how the sleeves give you a bit of extra lift or bounce. I figure if we can do bigger weight with sleeves should be able to increase our raw(w/o sleeves) bench pretty nicely as long as we can manage a good legal pause rep for comp. We have smaller knee sleeves for competition! Too bad we cannot use elbow sleeves for bench. 💪🌸

Had a decent session today. Went up 20 lbs on deadlift and tried hook grip. Wasnt going to happen. Stupid bar slipped out of the hand on the 2nd rep with 475. Horrible bars with hardly any knurling. Used a ton of chalk didnt help. So decided to go over under for the rest of the sets. Will most likely just go over under as I seem to do well with it. If I tear a bicep maybe they can reattach it better than they did the first time. LOL. Bent over rows felt good with 315. Will most likely go up to my max of 365 again starting next week since I have more anabolics and androgen on board. Ok everyone have a good week ahead and get strong AF!!!

+20 on deadlifts is a big growth cycle @RoidRage69 at least you did something with it which is already huge.

Over under is also my grip of choice. Most comfortable for me
 
Superdrol can be used as just a pre workout right? Was planning on using only on workout days.

You can use it daily but expect headaches with it. @RoidRage69
Best use it 30-45min preworkout.

Finally starting to feel the anabolics and androgens doing their job. Did BW pullups for the first time in many years today. Got out 11 reps. Was pleased. I think I will try these each week and see if we can get out mulitiple sets with 10+ reps. Should be doable as the androgens start kicking in. Ok everyone have a nice finish to the week. Will be back tomorrow for squats.

I think he really just liked doing pull-ups cuz he beat me by 1 rep!!! I thought I had a fighting chance of getting more pull-ups…. But he won! Good job hun!💪🌸💕

@RoidRage69 pull ups the best for wide backs :D and you got a huge back already. 11 reps is legit!
