Thanks. Hanging in there. Still trying to work through my nagging shoulder injury. PRP injections did'nt work. Started doing some band work and i've been surprised at how that reduces pain and helps my overall shoulder movement. Broke my foot on top of everything else in November. It is rehabbing okay but I can't run on treadmill yet. That's why I need the Seroquel to help sleep. All the pain LOL.

Well today I could really feel the androgen load. Was strong AF!!! Multiple PR's. I could have gone even heavier on lat pulldowns. 265 felt good. 280 is going to happen next week!!! Took 30mg Superdrol 1 hour before workout. I could feel it. Looking forward to taking 3 days per week pre workout. So this is my current cycle now until Mid March and then I will add in Tren.
500mg Sustanon
400mg Deca
400mg Primobolan
30-40mg Superdrol pre workout only 3-4 days per week

I feel this will give me extraordinary gains over the next couple months. 700 lb deadlift will be reachable in the near future IMO. Not going to bulk on this either. Will just eat until I feel comfortable. No force feeding or starving situations. Let the body do what it wants to do. Ok everyone have a kick ass weekend and get Strong AF!!!

Had a good squat session today. I went from a single rep at 455 to 3 sets of 2 this week. I could have most likely got sets of 3 out but my elbow and shoulders were a little tight from yesterdays upper body session. Can definitely feel the androgen load hitting. I cant wait to hit triples for 500 by the end of this cycle. Ok everyone have a nice weekend. Will be back on Monday for Bench session.

Excited to see how we do on bench tomorrow. Been carbing up all weekend. Weight has gone up over 250. Anabolics and androgens working very well helping with glycogen loading. Will be making enchiladas, refried beans, and Spanish rice for meal prep later today. Will also be making homemade ice cream.

Question about superdrol. I want to use it as long as possible on this cycle. If I take it 3-4 days per week only on lifting days would 30-40mg be doable for 8 weeks? I don't notice any sides from it yet from the 2 times I've taken it. Only increased aggression.

You used superdrol before but I cant remember the dose. what was it?
I find supderol gives clients headaches almost across the board with higher doses, including me.
If you tolerate it well, remember its very hepatoxic, you can do 8 weeks but liver and organ issues might come out. I suggest 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off approach if you aren't planning bloods, and high level of organ liver support as well.

Its a good start but can you lower the dose? you're already so strong, higher superdrol dose will be only marginally beneficial with a ton more sides. @RoidRage69

This is starting to get fun!!! I am pumped for the strength I am obtaining. Considering my forearms and elbow were on fire I am very happy with todays bench session. Tied my PR with 365 for a single and then went on to do 3 sets of 5 with 315. Just so you know how much my elbow is on fire just think of as unracking the weight and not knowing if your going to drop it on your chest or face. Shooting pains down the arm. This is all because of squatting the day after doing heavy lats and other stuff. LOL. Will definitely be icing today. Doubling down on the anti inflamatories for the next week. Also did some good damage to the dip machine. Put 4 plates on each side on my final set and got out 8!!! Wife had to use all her weight to help me into the machine. Wife kicked major ass today. She got out a single on the bench with 195. She is definitely on her way to 225 for a single come competition time in May. Once she starts on the NPP in 12 days things will start to get really interesting. Ok everyone have a nice week ahead and get Strong AF!!!
