This is starting to get fun!!! I am pumped for the strength I am obtaining. Considering my forearms and elbow were on fire I am very happy with todays bench session. Tied my PR with 365 for a single and then went on to do 3 sets of 5 with 315. Just so you know how much my elbow is on fire just think of as unracking the weight and not knowing if your going to drop it on your chest or face. Shooting pains down the arm. This is all because of squatting the day after doing heavy lats and other stuff. LOL. Will definitely be icing today. Doubling down on the anti inflamatories for the next week. Also did some good damage to the dip machine. Put 4 plates on each side on my final set and got out 8!!! Wife had to use all her weight to help me into the machine. Wife kicked major ass today. She got out a single on the bench with 195. She is definitely on her way to 225 for a single come competition time in May. Once she starts on the NPP in 12 days things will start to get really interesting. Ok everyone have a nice week ahead and get Strong AF!!!
Was a Kick-Ass day today for chest! You were fast and strong despite your Elbow. Thank-you for not dropping it on Your face! Even the military dude said you had 2 reps in you on that 365lb bench! @~Vision~ PSL delivering! Let’s do this! 💪🌸
 
sounds like you come from a strict family.

a few vials of gear isn't worth disowning someone.
 
if you are worried that much then just order domestic.

but international worst case they blacklist your address if it is seized.

Just started taking Creatine Monohydrate today. First time in decades I've taken it. I guess one can expect 5-7% strength gains from it on average. Will be interesting to see how it works.

7 caps only contain 300mg and I was taking 3-4 caps per day so probably only getting 150mg. That's not enough. Standard dosing for creatine is 5 grams per day.

No it's not. Not at the dosages you're talking about. Your being dishonest saying that your getting an effective daily dose of creatine with that product in 300mg daily dose. The recommend dose of the HCL is 1-1.5 grams per day. That's a lot more than 300mg in 7 pills. You would need to take 25 ostazol pills per day to equal 5 grams creatine monohydrate. Creatine puruvate dosage is around 2-3 grams per day.

@RoidRage69 that’s awesome you tied your pr on bench. You’ll be smashing that before long.
