Yea I am eating 2000 calories under maintenance on lifting days and 3000 calories under maintenance on non lifting days. The fudge brownies are Keto friendly 2 net carbs per brownie. 12 brownies in entire package. My metabolism is just flying since I started increasing calories on lifting days. Losing about 3/4 pound per day since doing this.
 
Hey thanks. It sucks not being able to sleep. Got 2 hours. I’m wondering if doing keto since April is pushing my limits.
Far out 2 hours of sleep isn't good it affects your whole day... that is quite a long time to stick to a very low carb diet, also large calorie deficits cause insomnia (i know this from personal experience, regardless of macros)

Yes I am working on eating more real food. Went shopping yesterday and bought 10lbs of frozen prawns, canned tuna, and canned chicken breast. The Keto friendly deserts were kind of a way to feel like we are getting a cheat meal while still being in ketosis.

ketogenic foods are processed you need to stick to full food like fish or chicken or beef

I’m not going to do omad 7 days per week as advised by pros on this board. Lifting days will be 6 hour eating windows. Proof that what I’m doing is in the numbers. Have lost over 20 lbs since July 14th and about 6 lbs in the last 7 days when I took advice to only do omad 3-4 times per week. For some reason I think my metabolism has messed up my sleep. Both my wife and I are having trouble sleeping and we have the A/C on durring the night as we feel hot. This all started last week when we increased feedings.

Basically we increased calorie and feeding window time and the weight is falling faster now than anytime during the last 4 months.

Anyone want to chime in on my cycle I have planned and possible changing of it. I had originally planned on doing
Week 1-16
200mg Test Cyp
200mg NPP
2 IU HGH/day
50mg Proviron/day
Week 1-6
30mg Tbol/day

I was then advised to take advantage of the natural HGH release while on this keto/ 18-24 hour daily fasting and to skip the HGH until December. SO basically I have decided to do so and by dropping the HGH I decided to add EQ to the mix and shorten the cycle to 10 weeks from 16. This is now what I have planned but I will show another option I am thinking is possible and will re-assess as time goes on. All depends on how I feel while taking NPP so here is the current cycle which started today.

Weeks 1-10
225mg Test cyp taken in 3 shots per week
225mg NPP taken in 3 shots per week
225mg EQ taken in 3 shots per week
50mg Proviron/day
Weeks 1-6
30mg Tbol/day

Ok now I am thinking its possible I might just wait until January to start the HGH so I might go back to a 16 week cycle and take advantage of EQ for the entire length and to switch out the NPP for Masteron starting week 9-16. I would then be able to taper the Proviron from 50 to 25mg and eventually stop it altogether probably by week 12 or earlier correct because I wouldnt have NPP and Masteron should take care of any Aromatization? I have nolvadex on hand so I can add that in if needed. 10mg EOD when Proviron is stopped?

Weeks 1-8

I think almost a gram of gear a week at a high body fat percentage is tempting fate, my friend. Disregard this if you like, as I am kind of a known pussy. I see zero reasons to use T-bol in that stack. Orals are shit on health, and I don’t understand what you are looking to get from having it in there.

To increase my strength and agressiveness in the gym. I can always just lower that to 10mg right before training.

Wife was freaked out seeing it as she rolled it for me. Have kept up with fluids and my usual 5000mg of potassium and sodium each day in my water bottles as well as magnesium so its a mistery to me.

Decided I will not take the tbol on this cycle. Will just take the 3 injectable's along with proviron. Will save the tbol for when my wife and I decide to powerlift again.

My wife would vomit if I brought watermelon into the house. She had a bad childhood experience. I drink a gallon of water every day with salt and magnesium. I’ve been going pretty hard on the treadmill incline at max. That could be the problem.

Ok. Just wanted to make sure that the person at the clinic isnt going to want to lower my dose. I wonder how high my levels were if I were to get them mid week. My LH levels were in the basement. Extremely low.
If you are on test LH should probably be near zero. They aren’t likely to ding you down until you get up above 1400. It’s a business, after all. If it is test cyp, your last 7 days will account for about 40% of your total test number so if you have taken 7 days off, you probably peaked somewhere around 1630. That said, we all process the esters slightly differently, but for a “normal” person, that is about where you would have been.

Beat my short term 270 goal by almost a week. Didnt even seem like it was that hard either. Not doing anything to dehydrate as I am drinking at least a gallon a day along with 4000-5000mg sodium.

1 hour 47 minutes treadmill. 1 hour 20 min of it was at the peak 15 degree incline at 2.4 speed. HR at 130-145

Took a cold bath for 25 minutes to help heal the lower body. Will be doing this daily from now on.

Went 20 hours fasting before first meal

Meal 1) Thai Chicken/Prawn with veggies. No rice. 8000mg Omega3, digestives

Meal 2) 1 Cup Catalina Crunch Keto Cereal with Fairlife protein drink, part of my wifes Thai Chicken/Prawns with veggies, 8,000mg Omega3, 2000mg EPO, digestives, probiotics, prebiotics, NAC, Asprin, B6, Zinc, herbs
 
Ok ive been thinking long and hard about the hgh situation. Would I be better off being selfless and letting my wife run the entire 400 IU we have stored or should I go ahead and let her take 1-2 IU per day and 2 IU per day for myself later this year? I want the best possible results off this HGH. I think I can get down to 220 by years end if I really push myself on this diet and training. I would need to lose 12.5 lbs per month. I am already in a 2500-3,000 daily cal defecit and it is easy as fuck for me. I never thought I could eat under 1000 calories on my OMAD days but its easy. Another option would be if I used 3-4 IU of HGH during a bulk after I get down to 220 @ 10% BF? It kind of makes sense that during the cutting phase I can get natural GH release from the OMAD and Keto diet so wouldnt it be better to use the HGH when I am off the OMAD and keto and take advantage of a clean bulk? Its kind of like an incentive. I get a reward for getting lean. I really want to see what my body is capable of. I dont go to work so I have all day long to rest and train.

@RoidRage69 I think you have some good planning in general. I followed your journey closely,

I've trained guys exactly in your situation. My suggestion is you keep on fasting and doing OMAD etc until you're down to around 210-220lbs, at which point you can see if hgh is for you or not. I highly don't suggest stacking hgh with ketogenic diets, hypoglycemic issues might come up.

Reach your goal first, thereafter you can go on to the next step.

btw, you're making amazing progress!

Going to tweak my cycle as I feel Masteron is a perfect steroid for my needs. I am looking for just as much gains in the bedroom as the gym so it will be a needed boost as well as keeping estrogen from climbing too high. Instead of doing 225 per week of Test Cyp, NPP, and EQ, I will go this for 10-16 weeks.

Test Cyp 50mg EOD
NPP 50mg EOD
EQ 50mg EOD
Masteron Enanthate 50mg EOD
Proviron 50mg/day

Once this cycle is done I will go back on 200mg Test Cyp/week TRT for 4-8 weeks and then a cycle of
200mg Test Cyp/week
200mg Masteron/week
30mg Tbol/day
That cycle will be geared more towards a powerlifting strength cycle.

Question for my wife. She is still doing the same diet as myself but I want her to get the anti aging properties of HGH so 1 IU per day. Does it matter on timing of the shot? 3.5 days per week she will be doing OMAD at 8:30 p.m. The other 3.5 days her first meal will be between 2-3 P.M. When would she get the best effects of 1IU HGH per day?
 
How is her blood sugar? I know yours was high, but that could have been from cortisone shot. I’d suggest each of you get an A1C test before HGH. The reason I ask is because studies have shown that nighttime administration is better for keeping insulin sensitivity, but morning is probably better for fat burning. If her A1C is fine, I’d do morning, otherwise evening.

Metformin will also help if it became a problem.

She’s probably good, then. IMO, blood glucose is a good thing to check, but A1C is more instructive, and fasting insulin even more. People are just very individual in how they present with blood glucose.

@RoidRage69 if you feel you need EQ in there that's fine but I think you can do without equipoise, test/npp/masteron is fine for you.

When would she get the best effects of 1IU HGH per day?
@RoidRage69 if she's doing OMAD have her take 1IU of hgh before her meal, timing isn't an issue. Just make sure food is involved because hypoglycemia no joke.
 
@RoidRage69 if you feel you need EQ in there that's fine but I think you can do without equipoise, test/npp/masteron is fine for you.

I have 25,000mg of EQ I want to use it up.
 
masteron is fine big man but propionate a better option for you
and for your lady give her 1IU hgh before she eats her 1st meal
 
Already have to take NPP EOD and I want my test levels to stay more leveled out so eod is no big deal. I love pinning.
I can’t afford the lower dose stuff so maybe if PSL wants to help out next year and do a short ester bulk cycle with my GH I would consider it.
@RoidRage69 well enanthate will be fine with masteron if you have no other choices
