I am working hard to get low glycemic carbs into my diet. Never thought I could replace that junk I was eating 2.5 months ago with real food. Will be making homemade vegetable beef soup this weekend.Seems like you are really enjoying these meals and also you're really enjoying the energy that you feel now, changing the way, you eat much respect.

I actually dialed back on the treadmill this week from 125 min at 15 incline. That is a good hit on the treadmill
It’s hard for me to explain the level of anger I would have if forced to walk on a treadmill for two hours. Put me outside in the mountains, and I will walk all day, but inside I just seethe and plan the destruction of everything around me.I'd be carried out lol
I just get in the mindset of concentrating on my breathing. At 15 degree incline its a little taxing on the body. It’s hard for me to explain the level of anger I would have if forced to walk on a treadmill for two hours. I am only eating one meal a day on non lifting days now. Eating 3-4 meals on lifting days with HGH.One meal a day. You have amazing discipline. I have to eat five or six meals a day or I get very hungry.

Where do you normally place your feet on the squat press? I am always with my heels at the bottom edge, but out about shoulder width. Narrow and low really hits the quads painfully.9/16/23

Will be doing HGH on lifting days 4 days per week 30-60 min after workout and at bedtime. Will also be lowering carbs down and raising protein levels. Looking at aprox 250-300 grams protein and maybe 125-200 grams carbs depending on bodyparts trained. Checked blood sugars a dozen times yesterday and this morning and I seem to be getting this down to a good level even with the higher carbs yesterday. Should be normal with carbs cut back by 30% and going lower glycemic. I think this is the sweet spot. Can also add light evening cardio if needed.
Usually shoulder width apart and about 3-4 inches higher than I did today.Where do you normally place your feet on the squat press? I am always with my heels at the bottom edge, but out about shoulder width. Narrow and low really hits the quads painfully.
I hate the regular leg press. My wife is too short and has a hard time unracking it. I have to help her and it messes up my shoulders. That’s one of the reasons the squat press is so much better than a standard leg press. Every foot position is pretty comfortable, while on a lot of 45 degree presses only one works for each body type.
@RoidRage69 I have the exact same issue, my wife is from Columbia like 5'1 barely. Had to help her with the leg press and hurt my back.I hate the regular leg press. My wife is too short and has a hard time unracking it. I have to help her and it messes up my shoulders.

I started pushing her to do front and reverse hack squats, machine weights, it's much better for short girls. I have her in contest shape now, bikini.
It’s a good weight to ensure you getting a stroke.I can't even do a regular leg press. Gives me headaches being in that position. I never found them that effective either. Mainly there for bros to load up plates and try to impress people, lol.

I bet in a year from now, you'll be competing on stage against some of the best.
My first meal of the day on training days are around 12-2 pm.What are your goals for the next year while we're on that subject?
In order for me to achieve that goal the most important thing will be for me to continue to train everyday. Im getting the diet down. Its keeping my shoulder healthy that is the hard part. I cant even squat, bench, or deadlift now. I need to get my shoulder healed so I can start training those three lifts in order to gain the size I need. You'll have to be consistent to achieve that goal...........
Ive had both shoulders operated on. My right shoulder is the one I got done in 2019 and its acting up again. Doc said I have torn cartilage and that it should heal itself over time. Well its not getting any better. He told me insurance wont cover it until it gets much worse. Same thing with my hernia. I basically have to blow them both out before insurance will cover. Its sucks. I guess I just keep pushing on and do what it takes to get to the end point and only do things that dont hurt it. It might be better for me to lower the volume down and increase the weights on my back workout again. I feel like massive inflammation running down my entire right arm. I am taking 10-12,000mg Omega3 everyday along with tumeric.Shoulder injuries are nothing but a headache I've had one which required surgery many years ago.
Dang we aren't very far off I believe mine was in 2017 I had tore my Bicep tendon in 3 separate spots leasing into the shoulder joint, had my collar bone shaved down a screw put in and alot of stitches. It sucked but it also helped drive me because I have to focus on keeping my lifts balanced because my right shoulder and arm will slump down lower than my left side so it makes me concentrate harder on full range of motion, although I will say I'm right handed and now my left side is stronger than my right side which can be difficult at times, we make it work.Ive had both shoulders operated on. @RoidRage69 how much collagen are you taking now? and how much joint support? and you splitting dose?Ive had both shoulders operated on. Yes. The problem was lifting hard and then having to stop and go fish for 6 months. Breaking the body down and then trying to build it back up every year for 30 years.you've had a lot of stuff over the years. from fishing?
20 grams per day.@RoidRage69 how much collagen are you taking now? and how much joint support? and you splitting dose?
Ya ok. I am really considering right before going to the gym and at bedtime so will try it out. Also considering before morning cardio.I’ve never seen any evidence that hgh leads to hypoglycemia. Only place I’ve seen it mentioned is here. In theory, it is most effective when there is no insulin, excess dietary glucose, protein or lipid in the bloodstream, so I’d assume that the more fasted you are with exogenous hgh the better.
I am thinking it can cause a insulin spike if you take too much hgh and have major liver problems. I would think at the small doses we are taking it should be fine.I’ve never seen any evidence that hgh leads to hypoglycemia. Only place I’ve seen it mentioned is here. I can understand the reasoning behind the fasted cardio. I think for people who are in ketosis it makes no difference but with people who are eating lots of carbs it is. My belief is that one of the best times is right after lifting as you've burned through your glycogen stores. I think the ones who say to do cardio before you lift are 100% wrong.I’d say before fasted cardio and before bed are the best two times. I think that, in general, the theory behind fasted cardio is bullshit, but if you add hgh or clen (lol) or yohimbine or other compound that works well in the absence of insulin/glucose, it actually makes sense.
I eat a lot of carbs, and I try to cardio about a half hour after eating them to help out my insulin system. I think most of the studies on fasted cardio show two things. First, it burns more fat that fed cardio. Second, by the end of the day, the total fat burn in a day from doing fed vs fasted cardio has completely evened out, which makes sense because you end up doing the same amount of eating and energy burning either way. In long term ketosis it might be different. I’d have to try to wrap my head around that.I can understand the reasoning behind the fasted cardio. Thanks for sharing!I took blood sugar level before 1.5 IU hgh and it was 92. An hour later 93 so basically zero impact on blood sugars.
I think the relationship between hgh and glucose is more a relationship with insulin in that hgh and insulin cancel each other out w/r/t driving blood glucose down, so blood levels stay elevated, which starts to strain the pancreas. If you don’t add glucose to the mix through food, it shouldn’t be a problem. Also, hgh mobilizes fat for utilization/burning in the absence of insulin, but is more anabolic in its presence, so there is a trade off there.I took blood sugar level before 1.5 IU hgh and it was 92. An hour later 93 so basically zero impact on blood sugars.
@RoidRage69 if you do only use 1/2 IU to test it out and make sure you have a protein bar on hand, dont play with hypoglycemiaIs there any danger in taking HGH before working out while in Ketosis? Just trying to get the timing down as perfect as I can and get the best use out of it. I'm currently taking it twice a day. Once after working out 15 minutes before eating and at bedtime 2 hours after last meal. Anyone else using this protocol?
@RoidRage69 best times to lift is when you dont have glycogen if you're leaning out, if you're bulking you need max glycogenI can understand the reasoning behind the fasted cardio. Totally agree about the dumbness of cardio before lifting. Lifting should be where you have your full glycogen stores, and all of your brain energy. Don’t know why you’d want to waste that elsewhere.
Totally agree. I just can’t figure out the mechanism by which hgh would make somebody go hypo. Everything about it points to higher blood sugar issues.@RoidRage69 if you do only use 1/2 IU to test it out and make sure you have a protein bar on hand, dont play with hypoglycemia
and hypoglycemia-induced release of cortisol is something you dont want with your body

I was gonna say it would be dose dependent. 1.5ius looks goodI took blood sugar level before 1.5 IU hgh and it was 92. An hour later 93 so basically zero impact on blood sugars.
Yes I think as long as I keep each injection at 1.5 IU it will be fine. I kept checking blood sugars every hour and it it went down to 79 at the 4 hour mark so its pretty normal as that was after 19 hours of fasting in ketosis. Will make sure I always have carbs on hand if ever needed. I always go somewhere with carbs and protein. Today will be my first time taking gh before lifting. Will go 1 hour before hitting the gym with 1.5 IU. Will then eat 4 meals of carbs and protein over a 6 hour window ending at 6 P.M. and then doing evening cardio shortly after. Will then take a 1.5 IU shot of GH at 10 P.M. bedtime. I think this is going to be a good schedule.I was gonna say it would be dose dependent. 1.5ius looks good
