Legs are toast. Didnt realize I did 2 plates more per side this week than last week on narrow stance squat press. Thought I was only up 1 plate.
This was also the first time I took HGH before lifting. Took hgh and cialis. Is it just me or does HGH intensify the pump? I swear to god my legs are 3 inches bigger now.

HGH does increase pumps, helps release IGF-1 which along with boosted blood flow from tadalafil will increase pumps.
