Felt good to go heavy on back today. Finally maxed out the low cable row today. Felt heavy but good. Can really feel the muscle packing onto my frame. Pretty good considering I am no longer taking any Tbol and continue to increase size and strength every week. 4 more weeks of this and then will look to maintain size and strength for a couple months before hitting a cutting cycle. My goal is to be stronger at the end of the cutting cycle than I am right now. Should be doable since I expect to keep increasing strength over the next few months. As long as I dont get injured I always keep getting stronger. Just got to keep elbow healthy. Still bugs me but I am can deal with it for now. I wonder if I should stop the HGH after this cycle is over and see if its just growing pains. It definitely is a tendon on the tricep going into the elbow.

Much Stronger again today vs the last time I done heavy shoulder/arms. Went up another 20 lbs on my Hammer Strength Shoulder Press. Shoulder still feels good. I never want to come off NPP. Also increased weights on front raise and hammer curls and all tricep exercises. 3 more weeks of heavy lifting on this cycle. Hoping for another 1-2 lbs of lean muscle by months end.

Legs felt strong today. Would have been able to do much more had I had knee sleeves but kept it light just to make sure and not hurt the knee joint. Still got a good amount of stress to the muscles and they are pumped good so I should get some good muscle growth with the IGF and extra carbs today. Will be shooting for 250-300 grams protein and about 500 grams carbs for the day. 180mcg of IGF being taken today to help glycogen loading and postive nitrogen balance. Next two days will be off and then back at it hard for Fri-Sat. Everyone lift big and get bigger!!!

@RoidRage69 for sure you're bulking hard and stronger
and btw thats how I hurt my knee is the sleeves, on the hack squat lol was horrible

I agree with @Pigsy I see you shredding down from this bulk and really getting lean with abs, lean and huge

Would love see you totally ripped up after bulk under 8% look sick
